Service
SitAligned provides browser-based posture feedback, daily summaries, detailed monitoring-session history, browser-local reminders, and optional wellbeing ranking. You must keep the webpage open and grant camera permission for posture guidance and local reminders; SitAligned does not promise notifications after the page is closed.

SitAligned is not a medical device or medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury. Stop using it and seek professional advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
The monthly plan is charged $7.99 immediately at checkout and renews monthly. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial and renews at $49.99 yearly unless cancelled before the trial ends. Creem processes payments and provides the checkout and customer portal. You may cancel future renewal at any time; access continues through any paid period.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact support within 14 days of purchase with the payment email and order reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, evade access controls, interfere with other users, automate fraudulent leaderboard activity, or reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits. The separate Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.
Availability and liability
Browser, camera, and device differences can affect results. The service may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SitAligned is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
